I've updated package on Open Build Service. There seem to be some issues
with tests on i586 platform again with various GCC versions.

The current version (GSL 2.4) does not seem to have issues with
openSUSE:Tumbleweed (which is still using gcc7)

Although GCC 8 fails on i586 with both the 2.4.90 and the 2.4 released.
To get the test logs and the build logs, just click on the "succeeded"
or "failed" links. Then click "Download logfile" for the entire log.
