This is impossible. A profile can contain at most one package of a
given name.
However, what you can do is create separate profiles:
guix package -p pytwo -i address@hidden
guix package -p pythree -i address@hidden
… or use ‘guix environment’:
guix environment --ad-hoc address@hidden
