problem with Icecat in GuixSD 0.14.0

This may not be quite right, let me correct this:

I had this problem in GuixSD 0.13.0, and *possibly* still in 0.14.0.

But now on 0.14.0, I am having a problem with loading any page.  I get a

> Content Encoding Error
