I run Red Hat Linux and i try to install Hurd from
a tarball so i use the following command:
tar -zxvpf --same-owner gnu-latest.tar.gz
/gnu
(i first: mount /dev/hdb3 /gnu)
but the shell return the follownig errors and
nothing happens :
tar: /gnu : Not found in archive
tar: Error exit delayed from previous
errors
