Weird, I don't have such problems. Crashes are rare, I didn't have a
crash that wasn't caused by myself for months. (And you should know I
use(d) my GNU/Hurd box a lot.
It hangs only when trying to write "huge" files to the disk. Dumping
core tends to fubar the box too. Kinda hard to debug without a serial
console so I'm just living with it.
