If I'm not wrong, this a bug in LibreJS.

If the `scripts.js' is just being used for the main page. I suggest you
add this as inline JS, like this:

// @license
GPL-v3-or-Later Copyright (C) 2014  Free Software Foundation

// Source of scripts.js here.

// @license-end

This must work.

If you're using scripts.js in other sections of the website, I suggest
you use JavaScript Web Labels (See
