Make compile failure

From: Smith, Pete (UNIX)
Subject: Make compile failure
Date: Mon, 14 Apr 2003 14:31:37 +0100

I am trying to install GNU make for one of my user department but when
running the build.sh, it bombs with :

compiling address@hidden@.c...
command line: fatal: cannot open ./address@hidden@.c: No such file or
directory
cc: acomp failed for ./address@hidden@.c

It is correct in that the file does not exist. Have I failed to do something
here ?
