Not in any official releases, no, but I just added support for it to the
2.1 branch.  A patch that should apply to 2.0.x versions is attached, if
you want to try it.  Note that mouse wheel support will only work
properly if the patched nano is linked against a version of ncurses
compiled with the --enable-ext-mouse option (which was added in ncurses
5.5).
