[Help-nano] nano version 2.0.3

This version was installed as a part of Gentoo 2.6.19-r5.  Use of the
arrow keys to navigate causes the displayed file to be garbled. Some
other keys have the same effect.  Joe, a similar editor, works perfectly
on the same system.  I have used nano for some time on other systems and
prefer it to other editors. I have not reported a problem before so I do
not really know what to do next.
