Hello nomnex,

The default save path in nano is the current working directory. The
easiest way to accomplish what you are asking for is to cd to
~/bash/scripts/ and then invoke nano.  I dont think nano should be in
the business of having a configured default save location for all new
files; that seems un-unixy.
