^J justifies one paragraph.  M-J does it for the whole document.

When using long options on the command line, it is not necessary
to spell them out fully; just the first few letters to identify
an option uniquely is enough.  So, 'nano --help | grep auto':

 -i             --autoindent            Neue Zeilen automatisch einrücken

I mentioned this option in case you have indented paragraphs, to
make justifying these do the right thing.
