Lynx don't show U+2019 also

?? How do you know what code the shown characters have?
If you see something like an apostrophe among the shown
characters, it is most certainly not U+2019, otherwise
nano would show it. Try with a different editor: vim,
ne, joe... whatever. They won't show the U+2019 either.
