Menu Help

Hi!

Im a new user to ncurses and im trying to write a menu
driven program. I can create my item and menu etc fine
but when i go to post it to the screen with
post_menu(my_menu); it automatically posts it to
position 0,0. I have looked for help for this for a
while but cant seem to find any, my question is 'is
there any way of posting the menu to a different part
of the screen?' for example i want it to start the
menu output on line 3 instead of 0. I have tried
moving the cursor there and then posting the menu and
various other things but no go.
