Actually, all the docs _should_ be on local computer
as well. Though if one gets a pre-compiled package docs
may not be included...
Anyway, on my computer those are in:

file:///usr/local/share/doc/octave-2.1.44/interpreter/octave_toc.html#SEC_Contents
       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This part is distribution dependent.

Search for octave_toc.html on your computer...
