If your just enter 'help' you will get everything.

In Unix/Linux, at least, the output will be shown in
the pager (usually "less"); you can page up and down in
the output and you can use its search commands to locate
the sort of keywords that interest you.

Having found topics that interest you, enter

  help topicname

E.g.

  help function

to get a summary, and you can get detailed information
by entering

  help -i topicname

e.g.

  help -i function
