Announcing Octave-FANN

Hi Everybody,
In a mail earlier this week I mentioned that I was creating an Octave 
binding to the neural network library FANN (http://fann.sf.net).

So a first version as now ready. If you want to play with it, you can 
get it at
http://hauberg.org/octave-fann/

This is a first version so don't except everything to be perfect, but 
most of it is working good for me. Let me know if you use it and/or 
finds any problems.

Hopefully, when this binding gets stable (it has been stable for me) 
I'll have it included as an official FANN binding.
