Hi,
I just downloaded the matlab code for the Isomap algorithm, and I see that it uses the 'gplot' command. In octave 'gplot' used to be an interface function to gnuplot, while in matlab it is some plotting function that I don't really know. So my question is if somebody knows how to fix the code to not call gplot?

Thanks,
Søren
