Victor,
It appears that you are using a Mac and Fink. This question appears to be a
Fink issue. Check your shell (.bash_profile, .bashrc, etc.) to be sure there
is a path to the Fink /sw directory. Fink should have installed the file
with the path for you.
I would suggest that you are more likely to get help with this on the Fink
mail list.
