Eric,
Are you referring to the "make check" ls-mat5 error with 64 bit integers in
test_io.m? If so, yes, there is a patch for that, and I expect that it will
appear in the CVS version shortly. My experience is that unless you use that
particular 64 bit read, you're OK. I ran 2.9.7 for over a week without the
patch, and never had a problem.
