Presentation on switching to Octave

I recently taught a course within the CIT training program here 
at the NIH on using Matlab scripts in Octave. It's mainly a 
howto on installation and porting, with examples of some of the 
most important issues (experience gained from porting a 40,000 
line application). There are also some example scripts in the 
tarball.
