Hallo, 

I do need your help.

Some months ago, I wrote an m file for MATLAB, than I changed a
position, where they do not have Matlab licenced, so I was thinking
about using Octave.
I would like to ask some questions:

1. How can make more than only one plot, in matlab I can simply write
figure...and new window is opened.

2. After I installed Octave 2.1.73-1, I tried to run this m-file but
several problems occure with the matlab function ginput....I need to
read the date from the plot, but I can not in Octave.....error is:
unknown function "grab" is called by ginput.....can you please help me.
