I personally would prefer two 120 Mb binaries rather than one 200 Mb binary.
BTW, don't forget to include gfortran so that folks can install their own packages.

Octave-forge is fine.
Is somebody really interested in using a binary MacOSX Octave.app or am I doing something for the trash?
I think it is a good idea, but the truth will be in the download statistics.
