My problem is that i have Octave but i want to make image processing, but i search and i see that i need some packages for that (octave-forge and imagemagick).
I use Octave in Windows exactly i install
octave-2.1.73-1-inst.
Some people sayme that is better run octave in cygwin, but i don´t find any tutorial that say how install cygwin and only the packages i need.
I want to install Octave in Windows XP mode and make image processing, and i search and i see that i need install imagemagick to display the result of image processing, it´s very confusing, thx for any help.
In concrete i want to have octave in windows xp and have all packages to display the result but i don´t know how install these packages in windows and the imagemagick.
