image processing function list

Hello All,

 

    Today I compared the function list of useful matlab image processing

    functions w.r.t the ones available in octave 3.0.1.

 

    Basically my intention was to be able to execute each and every example

    given in the book "digital image processing using matlab" by gonzalez, woods

    eddins.

 

    First the good news. Most of the functions (nearly 46 of them) are present in

    Octave too.

 

    Today morning someone was mentioning that he wanted to contribute

    towards the function library built up for image processing. Maybe the missing

    functionlist can get him started.

 

    pixval, imfinfo, changeclass, freqz2, roipoly, imlincomb, checkerboard,

    deconvwnr, edgetaper, deconvreg, deconvlucy, deconvblind, maketform,

    imtransform, cp2tform, cpselect, imapprox, dither, rgb2ycbcr, strel,

    getsequence, imreconstruct, imfill, imclearborder, imbothat, imhmin,

    watershed, imregionalmin, imextendedmin, imimposemin, regionprops.
