No. That's simply not how this kind of syntax-highlighting text editor
works. It is just text in notepad++.
I have not tried this recently. There are a few options discussed
here, for example

If you can convert it to pretty html, you should be able to then
copy-paste it from a browser to word. It may be an extra challenge to
find something that does Octave out-of-the-box.
I feel sure there will be a way to do this. I am afraid it will be
fiddlier than you first imagined. I would not be surprised if someone
else on this list knows a good way.
