Does this mean, it is treated like a bug ? If yes, that is great! I wanted to do send
a bug report, but first wanted to make sure ...

That is not my intent. My intents was making Octave manual a bit more Clear !
I like octave - although I make also a lot of Python development - and I have lots
of ideas how it can be more popular. Unfortunately, I have not so much time,
besides taking care of suggesting polishing of the manual ...
