Those are surely needed.

I guess you need packages called
liblapack-dev and libblas-dev
For the rest look on
./configure --help
I suggest at least:
libsuitesparse-dev
libfftw3-dev
libpcre3-dev
Please can any one tell me all pre requestive for octave
gcc and gnu plot should be there, rest i dont know.
