Thanks. I generated the pdf manual.
Just one suggestion to the octave doc web page maintainers (in case
they read my email): many other software have manual in different
formats (take a look at many gnu software), I think that it is
probably better to put a few alternative document formats (including
pdf) for octave online as well.
