tested v0.1alpha2.5 on cygwin octave3.6.1 with sciview
benchmark (attached).
Same ball park than Atlas 3.9.68 but on
"Eigenvalues of a 320x320 random matrix" is substantial slower (x5)
also of reference blas/lapack .
It could be caused by incorrect optimization for my core or by a
cygwin specific glitch
