Thanks to the community, my issue concerns only *Octave under Windows* and
seems to be a "formatting" issue: OK with Line Feed (LF) formatting; *not OK
with Carrige Return and Line Feed (CRLF) formatting*, but I still do not
understand why and I still would like to find a solution (modifying the
initail code?) working for all systems (Matlab, Octave under Windows and
with Octave under Unix/Linux).
