Re: Trouble installing packages

I download the package by clicking on the download tab of the package that I
want to download. In this case it is odepkg-0.8.2.tar.gz. It is downloaded
to my downloads folder on my computer.I then go to Octave and input the
command

pkg install odepkg-0.8.2.tar.gz


I then get the following outputs 

warning: file odepkg-0.8.2.tar.gz does not exist

error: couldnt append to C:\Program Files (x86)\Octave
3.6.2\share\octave\octave_packages

save: unable to open output file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Octave
3.6.2\share\octave\octave_packages'

error: called from 'pkg>install' in file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Octave
3.6.2\share\octave\3.6.2\m\pkg\pkg.m' near line 899 column 7

error: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Octave 3.6.2\share\octave\3.6.2\m\pkg\pkg.m'
at line 383, column 3


I don't know what to do?
