As I wrote I myself have not experienced building octave with mxe-build with 
--enable-64 but 
I assisted other people try (of course other people gave help to the 
questioner.).

I cannot say when I can spare my time for you because I am committing in the 
list as a volunteer. 
And I am not expert mxe-octave. (I have experienced to build windows binaries 
on Ubuntu).
