Octave Wiki Page problem

I read the Octave Wiki page (https://wiki.octave.org/Parallel_package), then, I installed and loaded the parallel package and ran the following simple code that mentioned on the wiki page as follows:

So, what is the problem? 

Does The Wiki page should be revised by your new Octave (9.3.0)?
