The bug was in libtasn1, and an interesting bug too.  I've released
libtasn1 0.3.5 to fix it.

Once that version enters Debian, we can add libtasn1-3-dev (>= 0.3.5)
to Shishi's control file, and do another upload of Shishi.  It should
make the self tests work on 64-bit platforms.

Alternatively, I can release shishi 0.0.27 with the new libtasn1 code,
and we can upload it.  I'll have to fix the libtasn1 autoconf test
first though.

Let's start by waiting for the libtasn1 guys for a while...
