Here is an upgrade to the patch that I and Daniel had worked out to support
binding keys to the browser.  Maybe you'll remember that I used C-S-D for
Doit because Meta-D did not work: the reason is that X distinguishes
lowercase and uppercase keysyms.  This patch sets keyboard bindings for both
the variants (ahem, the patch itself is untested, but you get the idea :-)
