[Help-smalltalk] Win32 binaires

There's any way to download a GNU Smalltalk binaries distro for win32 since 
there's no mingw nor cygwin guide.


Compilation with Mingw answer 2 missing files:
sys/select.h and sys/sockets.h at poll.c. (2.1.3 sources)
