Ok, so I've updated the tla branches to 2.1f.

There were a few minor regressions in the gtk stuff (missed renames, a
ocuple of types), but many improvements overall... thanks!

However, having fixed up all the smalltalk code so that the Transcript
window appears, attempts to active other windows - such as the
Inspection window - create a VM abort:

browser/ Aborted
browser/ Error occurred while not in byte code interpreter!!

I haven't tracked down the cause of this yet, its probably one of the
new VM gtk calls being overlaid with one I had implemented inside

If anyone wants to grab the gtk-bindings branch and track this down,
that would be great. Its my bedtime now, or I'd track it down myself.
