[Help-smalltalk] Problem running Blox

Hello,

I just installed gst 2.1.10 on cygwin. I am not able to get
blox to run. 

I installed tcl/tk 8.3.? 

When I try to run gst -qK blox-tk/Blox.st it fails to find
BloxBasic.st 

If I use the full path or I type it inside /blox-st it
complains about a couple 'C function not defined' sucha as
tclInit,Tcl_Eval,Tcl_GetStringResult, bloxIdle.

Any ideas? Thanks!
