I agree, GNU Smalltalk has 2 main lacking things which prevents it being used by
every kind of programmer: A better documentation and a better Windows installer
(I don't know about MacOS version). I will try to help solving this things
during this summer.
Compiling process is a kind of pain currently on Windows. Maybe it's just a
stupid idea but is there a cross platform solution instead of the GNU autotools?
I saw SCons (http://www.scons.org) in a few other projects, never used it
though...
