I opened build-aux/gl.m4 file and changed:

*-*-mingw* | *-*-cygwin*) gst_cv_opengl_libs='' ;;

line to:

*-*-mingw* | *-*-cygwin*) gst_cv_opengl_libs='-lopengl32 -lgdi32' ;;
