stow doesn't have any specific support for multiple-architectures.

For your requirements, say you have a package PKG that you want to have
both on linux and solaris2.8, you can:
- install linux version in /opt/stow/PKG/linux (with binaries in
- install solaris version in /opt/stow/PKG/solaris2.8 (with binaries in
- stow package PKG. Il will the create your /opt/solaris2.8/bin and
/opt/linux/bin with appropriate links to the right version of the
