I am trying to print the Gnu radius info files.

Info files are not designed for hardcopy printing.
Print from the Texinfo source files instead.

Info files are designed to work well in a large variety of on-line
output formats: for blind people or people driving a car, for people
with slow connections, for people with fast systems....

Info is still the most efficient on-line format, but the on-line
requirements mean that the Info format contains less information than
the source Texinfo contains. You can print ugly, plain ASCII text
from Info, but that is about all.

Instead, print from the source Texinfo file. That way, you output a
nicely typeset document with table of contents, index, different
fonts, and all the rest that you expect in a printed book. You can
feed your printer in dvi, ps, or pdf format.

See the two sections in the Texinfo manual

 Format with tex/texindex
and
 Format with texi2dvi
