There is not anything complicated in the FDL, so translating it by hand
should not take very long.  If you do this, I'll try to make it
available on the GNU web sites.  (If you don't, I can work on doing so
eventually, but not today.)

Another alternative would be to do a verbatim include of the plain text
version of the FDL.
