We've been using @uref to construct external links, but now that
makeinfo encodes names of split HTML files, that does not work anymore.

Is there a way/command to get makeinfo to construct an @uref like
link, ie, without ``See''?

If I try the

     @xref{Electrical Effects, Lightning}, for more info.

example from the manual, in INFO it looks fine, but in HTML I still
get ``See''. Maybe HTML should be more info/wwwb-ish, and drop the
``See'' in places?

macros.itexi snippet
   @macro address@hidden
   @c makeinfo-4.7 encodes html names, which means that nodes that
   @c contain nonalphanum characters will be broken links on the website.
   @c @uref{../lilypond-internals/\NAME\.html,address@hidden
   @c @inforef{} adds ``See'' to the sentence, which is annoying, but
   @c better than a broken link.
   @c should we do this?
   @cindex @code{\NAME\}
   @end macro
