Not that I know of, but I may be mistaken.

Byte offset of what? and what is ``length of each item'', exactly?
Can you show an example?
Perhaps you should tell what are you trying to accomplish: maybe
there's a different way to do that than to parse the Info file.

Print them where? in the Info file? No, there's no such option.
