OK, as soon as i figure out the associated types, and how to handle the
"variables as directives" txicodequotebacktick, txicodequoteundirected,
and txideftypefnnl, then these will go in.  Could you please rview the
IXIN 1.3 README "groupings" and let me know if i'm on the right track?

   I still don't really get [gzip/base64].  Isn't Base64 encoded with
   offsets also easy to corrupt?

You have convinced me.  As of IXIN 1.3, that weirdness is gone.
