I've noticed that texinfo release 4.2 is missing from gnu's ftp archives, but the manual still exists for it in the old-gnu archive. Texinfo 4.2 I believe is the latest release that can be used to make binutils 2.16.1a. I've found myself a copy, however I have nothing to prove it's a copy of the original, unmodified release. Would it be possible to add this to the ftp for preservation purposes? Thanks!
