I found the problem,

Gperf was not installed on my machine

Installed gperf, now it build and works as  expected

Running a stock Fedora FC2 installation:

 

configure –enable-all-modes

make

LANSI-C: command not found for all the language mode files

 

What is LANSI-C ??
