Install use-package from melpa and then execute this one line to install
Hyperbole from git source (will install as a regular package).
(use-package hyperbole
:quelpa (hyperbole :fetcher github :repo "rswgnu/hyperbole" :files (:defaults
"kotl" "man" "HY-TALK")))
