What does it happen when you simply type "import cairo" in Python? Does it work?
If it doesn't, then the problem is with the Cairo bindings, you haven't
installed them properly.
If it does work (i.e. you get no error message after "import cairo"), then the
problem is probably in igraph somewhere.
